Those who can not work well with other components of vehicles such as the clutch and gear shifter are especially fond of cars with automatic transmission because they can bring more convenience to the drivers. And the latter one requires drivers to drive cars manually. Cars with the manual transmission require drivers to shift gears manually with a gear shifter and a clutch which is a pedal on the left side of the brake pedal. When the driver shifts gears, he/she must press down on the clutch. If drivers do not familiar with the operation of the clutch and the gear shifter, it will be very difficult for them to handle the car very well.
